I’m expanding our customer support team and need a friendly, articulate telecaller who can handle general inquiries and assistance from home on a flexible, part-time schedule. You’ll be the first voice our customers hear, so a calm tone, clear English, and patient attitude are essential. I will supply a detailed call script, comprehensive training materials, and live shadow sessions to get you fully comfortable before you take your first call. All conversations revolve around basic product information, order status checks, and simple troubleshooting—nothing highly technical. Your job is to listen carefully, follow the script where it fits, note any issues that need escalation, and log each interaction accurately in our CRM. You must meet the standard home-office requirements we share after onboarding: reliable high-speed internet, a PC or laptop capable of running our soft-phone software, a USB headset, and a quiet space free from background noise.
