I’m aiming for someone who can cover roughly 3–4 hours a day, five days a week, with the flexibility to scale up during seasonal peaks. Location isn’t a deal-breaker—remote, hybrid, or even on-site could all work as long as communication is reliable and response times stay prompt. Strong written English, a calm tone, and a genuine desire to solve problems are essential.
