About the Role As an Offshore Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting existing and prospective beauty industry clients across Australia to generate sales, build long-term customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to existing and new customers. Promote our professional beauty products and current promotions. Build strong relationships with salons and beauty professionals. Follow up on quotes, enquiries, and abandoned orders. Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. What We're Looking For Previous outbound sales or telesales experience. Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). Confident, professional, and persuasive telephone manner. Experience using CRM systems. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.
