Hi there, We are looking to hire a dedicated customer support agent to help us talk to our clients every day. Basically, we need someone with really good, fluent English and strong communication skills to handle our daily replies. You would need to be available throughout the full week (all 7 days) to make sure our clients get quick answers and feel taken care of. You won't just be answering basic questions, though. Whenever a client runs into a technical issue or a bug, your job will be to figure out what is going wrong, gather the details from them, and report it straight to our dev team so we can fix it. I get a lot of automated bot bids on here, and I really want to work with a real human. Since attention to detail is super important for spotting those technical bugs, please do this: when you apply, start your very first sentence with the word "QuilTora" in all caps. If I don't see that word right at the top, I will assume you are a bot and skip the application.
