Hello, freelancers. We are searching for a live chat support for our online store in the hours 23:30 Bulgaria time to 7:30 in the morning Bulgaria time. This means 4:30 AM to 12:30 PM Philippine time.
We do not have a lot of chat requests (about 3-5 per day) but all of them have to be answered immediately (within the same minute). So this is not an active job (you can do something else) but you have to be at standby for the entire duration of your shift.
You can do the job from your phone (there is a customer service chat app to install to your phone).
We are expecting no more than 10-15 chat requests per day but as mentioned above you need to be in constant standby.
We will provide answers to all of the possible questions that a prospect might ask so you can have a full list.
The starting salary is $100/month for the 8 hours (Mon-Fri) of standby and it will increase with time.
You can start immediately if chosen.
