Fluent German Speaker Required for Sales Database Update & contact clients to confirm details

During European business hours (08:00–15:00 CET) I need a native-level German speaker to contact via phone over 1,000 prospects, verify or correct their details in our cloud-based sales database, and immediately follow up each call by emailing our product brochure. 10-20 hours per week over 6- week period and once complete more work to be discussed. You will work from an approved script and email template; both are ready to use. Every interaction must be logged with call result, updated fields, and confirmation that the brochure was sent. Our CRM is browser-based, so no local installs are necessary—just a stable internet connection, a quiet phone line, and solid German phone etiquette. Deliverables • Fully updated database with time-stamped call notes for all assigned records • Email log showing brochure dispatch to each contacted prospect • End-of-day progress summary during the project window Acceptance criteria: 100 % of the assigned records show a completed status, no missing fields, and bounce-free brochure delivery. Once the dataset is complete we’ll review the logs, spot-check 5 % of entries, and release final approval.
