Our brand is installing a busy stand at an upcoming trade-show, and I need someone who can devote their full attention to keeping an accurate, well-organised visitor log throughout each show day. You will sit at the front counter, welcome guests with a friendly smile, record their details in the digital or paper log I provide, and flag me whenever someone on our “priority list” arrives. Business-casual attire is required so you look approachable yet professional without the need for a full uniform. The role suits a naturally warm communicator who can stay focused amid exhibition noise, keep information neatly organised, and think on their feet if the queue suddenly grows. Deliverables • Complete, legible log of every visitor each day (name, company, contact, interest). • End-of-day photo or export of the log emailed to me. • Brief note of any issues you solved so I can fine-tune tomorrow’s workflow.
