I need a fluent Dutch speaker to become the first point of contact for my customers. Your sole focus will be handling inbound support calls that come in with product-related questions—no outbound dialing, no cold sales, just friendly, knowledgeable assistance. During our agreed-upon business hours you will: • Answer calls through my cloud VoIP system, greet callers in Dutch, and listen carefully to their product inquiries. • Provide clear, accurate information drawn from the product sheets I will share. • Record each call’s outcome in my online CRM so I can track customer satisfaction. • Escalate any complex issues (or English-only requests) to me via Slack in real time. To succeed you should already have a quiet workspace, a stable internet connection, and a headset that delivers crisp audio, plus the confidence to speak professionally on the phone. Familiarity with basic CRM tools is helpful; I will train you on the specifics of ours. Deliverables will be: 1. Daily call log exported from the CRM. 2. End-of-week summary noting recurring questions or potential improvements. 3. Receiving inbound calls in Dutch language 4. Following up leads through telephone in Dutch language. 5.
