Your job is to pick up the phone, speak to them in fluent English and Arabic, dig deeper into their investment goals, and move the right prospects to the next step—confirmed appointments on my calendar and, where feasible, immediate reservation of units. Here’s how the workflow looks: I push new leads to you daily (CRM access provided), you place the introductory and follow-up calls, update the notes, tag the level of interest, and lock in a meeting time with me or one of my brokers. The emphasis is on building rapport fast, handling objections confidently, and keeping the pipeline clean so only serious buyers progress. To succeed you’ll need proven phone-based closing skills in real estate or other high-ticket products, a clear, energetic voice, and the discipline to hit daily contact and conversion targets without heavy supervision. Familiarity with common CRMs and WhatsApp calling is a plus.
