I’m building a team of energetic callers who can reach out to prospects, walk them through the Demat account opening steps, and see each application through to approval. Your income is completely commission-based, so every successful account you help open goes straight into your pocket with no upper limit. Prior call-centre experience is not a must: if you are new to phone sales I’ll get you up to speed. You’ll have on-call support whenever you need it, so questions about the process or platform never slow you down. Day to day you’ll: • Dial leads supplied to you (or your own, if you have them) • Explain the benefits of holding a Demat account in clear, jargon-free language • Guide prospects through KYC, form submission and final activation • Record each interaction in the simple CRM provided Acceptance for each task is straightforward: once the broker confirms the client’s account is activated and credited to your agent ID, the commission is released.
