Debt Settlement Call Coordinator Needed

Call Forwarding Executive – Debt Settlement Support Marathe CredCare Private Limited is looking for a Call Forwarding Executive to support our Debt Settlement operations. Role The selected person will handle and coordinate incoming calls related to our active debt-settlement clients and forward them to the designated team/authorized representative. Responsibilities - Handle incoming calls related to assigned client cases. - Forward lender/recovery-agent calls to the designated representative. - Maintain basic call and communication records. - Inform the case team about important calls or messages. - Follow case-specific call-forwarding instructions. - Maintain strict confidentiality of client information. - Coordinate with the internal team when escalation is required. - No independent negotiation or financial commitments to clients/lenders. Payment Structure ₹1,000 per active case per month - Payment is based on the number of active cases assigned. - Maximum monthly payout: ₹20,000. - Dormant/inactive cases will not be counted. - Payment will be reviewed based on workload and performance. Candidate Requirements - Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi preferred. - Smartphone with reliable internet connection. - Comfortable handling calls professionally. - Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Sheets/Excel. - Telecalling, customer support, collections or debt-settlement experience is an advantage.
