Between 10 AM and 10 PM GMT 0, every single day of the month, I need someone logged in and ready to reply within minutes, guide newcomers through the fundamentals of Forex, and clarify how our trading signals and copy-trading features work. When a client’s dashboard freezes or a trade doesn’t execute, you’ll calmly walk them through the fix, drawing on solid technical knowledge—this is the quality I value most in the role. You’ll work remotely with clear scripts, step-by-step processes, and ongoing training, yet still have room to bring your own style to conversations. Good, fluent English and a genuine understanding of trading concepts are essential; prior experience in live chat or customer support will make you feel at home from day one. A reliable laptop and connection are non-negotiable; outages leave traders stranded. This is not a short gig.
