The company needs someone who will call and text all lead inquiries on a real time basis, and schedule them to come to my office for an appointment. Freelancer should have a very energetic and appealing persona over the phone, must know the basics of the service we provide (learned through immersion and face to face experience), and must be exposed to the business process. Onsite work is needed for the first 1-2 months.
