We have a clean MC# for over four years and DOT Core duties you’ll own each day: • Field incoming calls from staff and maybe drivers. NO DISPATCHING required, recording clear notes or transferring when needed. • Complete and file all DOT and transport documents without errors or missed deadlines. • Handle routine office work inside Microsoft Office or Google Workspace—updating load sheets, maintaining logs, emailing rate confirmations, archiving PDFs. Because the role touches compliance and dispatch, moderate experience in the trucking industry is essential; you should already speak the language of BOLs, MC numbers, ELDs, and hours-of-service rules. The schedule is steady (weekday business hours with occasional after-hours calls). This is planned as a long-term position for someone who proves accurate, responsive, and able to switch languages on the fly.
