I’m expanding my real-estate sales reach and need one energetic person who can both nurture warm leads on the phone and charm viewers on camera. Your day will be split between two complementary tasks: • Client follow-up calls: you’ll ring prospects who have already enquired about our premium flats and villas, answer their questions, and lock in site-visit appointments. A clear, friendly tone and disciplined call-tracking are essential. • On-camera property showcases: using your own smartphone or camera, you’ll record engaging walkthrough videos that highlight each unit’s key selling points, then pass the raw or lightly edited footage to my marketing team for final polish. To succeed you must be genuinely bilingual—fluent in English and the local language—so that every buyer feels heard and understood. A charismatic screen presence, tidy appearance, and the confidence to shoot in various locations (model flats, lobby areas, exterior shots) round out the profile I’m after. Deliverables each week – Updated call log/CRM notes for every follow-up – Minimum two property videos, 2–4 minutes each, filmed in landscape, with clear audio If you love talking to people, enjoy being on camera, and have a knack for closing real-estate deals, let’s get started.
