Body Cam Mystery Shopping Assignments

Reality Based Group is commissioning a series of mystery-shopping visits that require you to wear a discreet body camera while interacting with staff in retail stores, quick service restaurants and more. Your footage will help RBG evaluate frontline service in real-world conditions, so being comfortable recording covertly is essential. How it works After reviewing the guidelines, you’ll head to the assigned locations and let the hidden camera capture the full customer journey—greeting, assistance, purchase, and exit. Once finished, you’ll upload the raw video and a short written confirmation of date, time, and any unusual circumstances. To apply Simply tell me your availability for the next four weeks and the general areas you can cover. If you have prior mystery-shop or covert-video experience, feel free to mention it, but scheduling flexibility is what I need to know first. If you're open to travel, we can find assignments for you outside of your local area or give you enough locations for a route. Deliverables • Covert video footage from each assigned visit • Brief visit confirmation report (location, timestamp, comments) via mobile app Recordings should be clear enough to show staff interactions and audible dialogue.
