long time no see, we have a magento migration project for you.

our current website , [url removed, login to view] is using Magento ver. 1.4.1.1

Its database may have some error and too slow. it cannot import product smoothly and cannot reindex it.

Now we rent a new hosting and would like to upgrade to 1.7

Current we put the new system to [url removed, login to view]

but we didn't do anything for it

Would you quote me the price and time for mygration (with photo, product, template ...etc) with rebuild the database, and upgrade the magento version.
