The material is aluminium. The box is a chassis for a power amplifier. It is to be carved our of solid aluminium block and the base is a 1/8" sheet screwed in from the bottom.

There are cut outs at the back for inputs, outputs, power and speakers. The size is 17 x 12 x 3". The front has either a pushbutton switch or a 2 x 5" cutout for a glass panel. The glass panel is glued flush to the front panel.

I am open to more ideas for the chassis that minimizes vibrations. The project also will be used to create CNC machining.

Let me know your project cost for 3D model to be sent to CNC shop for this to be done.
