J2EE, Mobile App Development, SQL, Windows Mobile Job by CuriousGeorge1

I am looking for someone to help me with a JDBC project. I am a animal researcher that is using rfid tech to track animal behavior. I am hoping to make a device that uses a reader and wedge type program to collect scanned data codes onto my mobile device that is running windows mobile 5 (palm treo 700wx). The wedge program populates anything that accepts keyboard entries but I need that data to upload in real time to an online database. I was thinking it would be easiest to collect the codes into excel and then export to an online database. The issue I also have with it is I need to translate from the code into a recognizable name and id for each code. (for example: Code would be nvts3i and the name of the code to be translated into would be ralph the salmon fish).

Would you be able to write a script or program that can upload the scanned codes or translated code/name in real time to an online database? I don't know if I explained correctly but I've seen a few programs do these things, I just don't know how to implement into mobile phone and online database.

Please give me your rate or estimated total cost if it is something you can do.
