50,000 Facebook Fan Page Likes - Targeted Market ONLY UAE

I am looking for 50,000 Facebook People to click Like on my Fan Page... These must be Targeted Market Likes... I only want specific criteria met in the Target... Target Market would be the following:

United Arab Emirates Only (Mostly Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi)

Real People that are interested in Daily Deals in Shopping, Travel, Dining out ...

Again, must be REAL PEOPLE...

Additional Terms:

1. NO fake accounts or accounts at risk of being suspended...

2. Only Fans that have a Profile Picture...

3. NO bots and NO Blackhat Techniques...

4. Must be achieved by NO means of Illegal activity...

5. Fans must be Active - All fans must have status updates that go back maximum of 15 days...

6. No Fans that will risk my fan page being deleted...

7. You must use good practices when gathering fans...

8. My Facebook Account must not be banned/deleted for your actions... It should always be kept active...

9. If Facebook account is not complete/no longer active there will be no payment for this project...

When bidding please remember:

1. Provide what techniques you will use to generate fans...

2. You should have previous experience in doing this (please provide details of the facebook account... Please send us sample pages for which work was done...)

NOTES:

1. This will need to be done without Admin Access to our Facebook Page...

2. You will not be paid if my Fan Page gets deleted or blocked from Facebook..

Being in probation please start with 1000 UAE facebook fans and if you meet my requirements then we can proceed for the rest of project.
