Need Help with Adding the Code from an Existing Navigation Menu to my Web Page - repost 2

I have spent hours trying to incorporate the code from a source that has the ideal Navigation Menu. I realize I need to incorporate the JavaScript code (at least I think I do). I also realize that I need to include the CSS & the HTML, but it’s not displaying properly. The position of the Nav menu floats right, and the submenus won’t display. I would show you what I have at this point, but it’s such a mess, I’d be embarrassed for you to see.
