UI Development For Chatbot Frontend

Expert in HTML-CSS-Javascript required who can design the frontend components for our chatbot.
All components must be editable (scale-able, adjustable) and responsive.
Requirements:
1. Chatbot box - with a band at the top where we will have: Chatbot Name, X Button and Refresh Button
2. Message Bubbles - which will vary in size as per the length of text. Msg from Chatbot will be aligned on left side, and msg from user will be aligned on right side
3. Display image - each message bubble will have a display image of who is speaking (on left corner for chatbot, on right corner for user)
4. Buttons - require clickable buttons that we will have inside the chatbot display area towards the top. They should be clickable
5. The design must be responsive - works well with all devices/screen types
More work will be given if work is fast and clean.
