Code and existing Wix website into HTML, CSS , JS

Hey everyone, I own this WIX website - [login to view URL] It loads very slow! 7 seconds. Google's sites speed test graded it 25/100. Can you hard code the SAME design and make it load in 1.5 seconds? Important to mention that the site is very simple, all the data is static, and it contains only 2 individual pages + 1 terms & conditions page + 1 advertiser disclosure page. The freelancer that responds that he can do it, for a reasonable price, will get a full description of the site, so nothing will be left out. Full requirements - [login to view URL] freelancer job requirements - I need to code my website, the same way its currently designed at Wix + mobile responsive So it’ll load in at-least 1.5 seconds, and get a grade of over 90 in this speed test page - [login to view URL] Design and functionality must be the same! [login to view URL] is made of the following pages - 1. “Best video makers” page, that has 4 tabs - - [ ] Real Estate Videos - [ ] Explainer \ Animated Videos - [ ] Promo videos - [ ] Walk-Through videos Each tab contains a different List of Companies, listed by order. It’s important for me to be able to change easily the order of the boxes. For example in “promo videos” replace #1 with #2. Each company is built in a Box. The contains of the Box must be coded, except the company’s logo that can be a jpg file. But the stars & grade symbols should be coded. The boxes expand to show more information. *Bonus will be given if the circle around the grade will have a loading animation 2. Comparison table, not an image! That the site will load fast, I will put it on the fastest server available and I expect a 1.5 sec loading time 2. That I will be easily able to change boxes order, and add new boxes in any tab I want. 3. Fully Mobile responsive 4. Not using Wordpress 5.
