Custom Apple Mail HTML stationery

I need someone to prepare a simple custom Apple Mail stationery to the level that it can be put in the appropriate folder in OSX and it will work (ie. can be chosen from the stationery menu). So the output of the project is the folder with the html, images and other required elements. Design as attached; PSD file will be provided. The stationery has four parts: - a single color (gray) background - an image in the header - space for text (= e-mail content) - dark gray Arial font on white background - a footer with white text over an image (text must be html, so selectable) That's it. I would appreciate a quick turn-around. Since it is a simple project, speed of execution will be taken into account when choosing the worker.
