Telephone Solution Consultation

Job Description:

I need someone I can add to my slack workspace to chat with them regarding a telephony solution. I need an effective communicator (in English) who can help guide me in a telephony solution that will integrate with Zoho CRM. Here are the details of our environment / needs.

* Zoho CRM

* Currently we have 3CX with 9 individual phone numbers and one main phone number with an IVR

* 3CX doesn't integrate perfectly with Zoho CRM so we are looking for an alternative solution.

* I do not want a HIGH monthly rate per user. Either fees should be annual at less than $120/user or no per user cost, just usage.

* We already have all our numbers on our own Twilio account, so we would want to move them to this new solution.

* The solution MUST have the following features:

* campaign dialer - setup a number of contacts in the CRM to call and it will call one after the other as soon as it is finished with the last one.

* voicemail drop - must be able to drop a pre-recorded voicemail upon hearing the client's voicemail START playing (I do not want to wait for the beep!)

* Click to call from within the Zoho CRM that, when clicked, will pop up a 'call log' window automatically so that notes can be taken.

* When inbound calls come in, they are matched to Zoho CRM Lead or Contact accordingly. If neither exist, then they are added automatically as a Lead and caller ID info is used for the name.

* When inbound call comes in, if answered live, a call log should pop up as well.

* I want to be billed by TWILIO for the usage, NOT the front end provider. No sense in paying a markup!
