I'm looking for someone to help advise on the best way to setup, configure and customise [url removed, login to view] for our business.
We are a marketing business that supplies photography, floor plans and video to real estate agents/realtors. What we are after is a way to automate our order management/workflow so that all incoming bookings (which are currently booked online using an online booking system called timely) are logged into the system as a job and then a workflow applied to each product which forms part of that job and would see it through to completion. The workflow would involve email notifications, changes of status, approval processes and then delivery of the jobs via electronic files (photos etc).
What I'm after is someone who can explain the best way to do this using salesforce, and also be able to implement this.
