I need an experienced telecaller who can work from home and turn warm real-estate leads into scheduled property visits. Your sole focus will be speaking with home buyers who have already expressed interest in purchasing. What you’ll actually do • Call the daily lead sheet I supply, introduce the featured properties, answer top-level questions, and secure a date and time for an on-site viewing. • Record each conversation in my cloud CRM (Zoho; training provided) so I have clear notes before meeting the client. • Follow up 24 hours before every appointment to confirm attendance and keep the calendar accurate. What I’ll hand over • A brief on every property, including location, price, and key selling points. • A call script and objection-handling guide. • Log-in credentials for the CRM and a shared Google calendar. Acceptance criteria 1. Minimum 80 % of reachable leads must receive a scheduled visit slot. 2. All call notes are entered in the CRM the same day. 3. Zero double-bookings or missed confirmations. If you’re comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls, can converse fluently in clear English or Hindi, and have a stable headset-plus-internet setup, let’s start this week.
