I need reliable help covering customer inquiries a few calling each day, so I’m hiring a part-time customer service employee who can switch smoothly between at English and Hindi two languages when assisting our users. Most interactions search through internet or Chatgpt , but I occasionally route urgent issues to a phone conference calling for faster follow-up. Your goal is to give prompt, friendly answers, escalate edge-cases to me, and keep concise notes in WhatsApp , so the rest of the team stays in the loop. Fluency in English plus information search skills is essential. You don' need to understand our products technical, we will stand by with a conference calling, when technical talking we speak out, • Which languages you speak confidently • What CRM or support platforms you’ve used before • The weekly schedule you can consistently cover I’ll review shortlisted profiles and invite a quick video call so we can confirm language proficiency and walk through a short mock ticket.
