I work for a small international nonprofit (~15 people) split across US and UK teams. We run multiple active legal and conservation programmes simultaneously, with 15+ events per year and an active international fundraising operation. I am setting us up a [login to view URL] platform for our CRM and project management needs, and looking for a freelancer to help with this. It would be an initial set-up helping us with migration and integration, with the hope to work together on keeping the software slick and updated moving forward too. We have set up a starting structure in [login to view URL] ourselves and now want experienced help to make it work properly and scale. This is a pilot in the London office. If it proves out, the intention is to roll the setup across the wider organisation, so we care about building something clean and repeatable rather than a quick fix. The following is already in place: - A set of working boards: Contacts, Fundraising Pipeline, Events, Intern Tasks, Intern and Volunteer Management, Programme Projects, and Activities and Interactions. (Although these need work and improvement) - A Contacts board holding approximately 290 contacts so far (please treat this number as approximate, it will grow). Problems we are trying to solve - Contact data is not yet clean. We have duplicate records, and some contacts are missing email addresses ahead of a mailout. - We need one reliable single source of truth for contacts, rather than information scattered across spreadsheets. - Our fundraising pipeline needs clear stage tracking and reporting so we can see where prospects sit at a glance. - Event management (guest lists, RSVPs, logistics) lives partly outside the system and should be brought in. - Intern, volunteer and programme work needs consistent task tracking that the team will actually keep up to date. - We want dashboards and saved views that give different people the right slice of information without exposing the full master data. - We need to integrate with GiveButter and Google Sheets - we want AI notetaking through the [login to view URL] platform - sending mass emails and tracking contact with VIPs and fundraisers through [login to view URL]'s CRM software Please let me know if you could help me with this, I'd be happy to call and discuss further, and provide a clear brief and scope.
