Szukamy freelancera do wykonania w pełni ONLINE, chmurowego systemu CRM opartego na Microsoft 365 (Power Apps + SharePoint + Power Automate). CRM musi działać w całości w przeglądarce internetowej (100% online), bez plików lokalnych i bez rozwiązań desktopowych (np. Excel). System ma obsługiwać mały zespół sprzedaży (menadżer + handlowcy). ================================ ZAKRES FUNKCJONALNY CRM (ZAMKNIĘTY) ================================ 1. CRM działa w 100% online, w przeglądarce (brak plików lokalnych, brak Excela). 2. Baza leadów i klientów: - tworzenie, edycja, archiwizacja, - status leada/klienta, - przypisany właściciel. 3. Pipeline sprzedaży: - konfigurowalne statusy, - pełna historia zmian statusów (data + użytkownik). 4. Ręczne przypisywanie leadów przez menadżera. 5. Role i uprawnienia: - menadżer: pełny dostęp do wszystkich danych, - handlowiec: dostęp wyłącznie do własnych leadów i zadań. 6. Zadania powiązane z leadami: - termin wykonania, - status (do zrobienia / wykonane). 7. Kalendarz online: - widok zadań i terminów, - przypomnienia (powiadomienia Power Automate). 8. Historia zmian (audit log): - zmiany statusów, - zmiany właściciela, - notatki, - historia musi być zapisana i niemodyfikowalna. 9. Rejestr ofert: - kwota, - data, - historia aktualizacji. 10. Plan realizacji zaproponowany przez Wykonawcę ma charakter informacyjny i opisuje kolejność oraz harmonogram prac.
