Help upgrading Zendesk Talk to Workspace for Agents and Optimization

I am wanting to upgrade our Zendesk Talk Platform to Workspace for Agents. I need the platform optimized before the upgrade to make it a better customer experience and user friendly for my agents. I also need our FAq's re written so that when implimenting the answer bot we get proper data.
