GoHighLevel Migration and Email Configuration Specialist

Overview We are migrating from HubSpot to GoHighLevel and are seeking a technical specialist to manage CRM migration and properly configure email infrastructure. This is an implementation-focused role. Domain authentication and deliverability are mission-critical. We previously experienced domain reputation damage during a migration and will only hire someone experienced in proper DNS configuration and email warmup. If you do not have direct experience with CRM migrations and email authentication, please do not apply. Core Scope 1. Data Migration Contacts + custom fields Segmentation recreated using tags Suppressed/unsubscribed contacts migrated Clean import and verification 2. CRM Foundation Setup Create a clean master inquiry pipeline Ensure website forms route correctly into GHL Install tracking scripts on Shopify Rebuild one key intake form inside GHL 3. Email Infrastructure (Critical) Dedicated sending subdomain setup SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration DNS verification Structured email warmup plan 30-day deliverability monitoring post-launch 4. Automation Build one foundational inquiry workflow Provide walkthrough/training so we can manage internally We are starting fresh intentionally and are NOT migrating old workflows or funnels.
