I run a growing NDIS-registered organisation and need an experienced pair of hands to take every new participant from first enquiry through to a live service agreement. Your day will start with client intakes and assessments, confirming eligibility, gathering documentation, and entering details directly into the NDIS provider portal. From there you will manage the entire onboarding process—drafting service bookings, arranging signatures, scheduling initial supports, and making sure each step complies with NDIS standards. Prompt, clear communication is essential because you will also be coordinating with support coordinators, allied-health professionals, plan managers and our in-house team to lock in services quickly and accurately. Every interaction is logged in our CRM, and weekly summaries are produced in Microsoft Word and Excel to track KPIs and identify any roadblocks.
