Your calls will begin once a lead is handed over by our marketing team and finish only after the borrower has a clear picture of where their application stands. Day-to-day, you will: • Collect all required KYC and income documents over call, WhatsApp, or e-mail and record receipt in our CRM. Cold calling • Walk applicants through each field of the digital form, solving doubts on the spot so the data we receive is complete and accurate. • Proactively share status updates—approval, additional info needed, disbursement timeline—so customers never have to chase us for news. A pleasant, confident phone manner, basic computer skills, and the ability to summarise every interaction in writing are essential. If you already know your way around common loan-management CRMs or spreadsheets, even better. Deliverables I will review weekly: 1. Call log export with disposition codes. 2.
