Freelance Mission: Build a Full A–Z Outbound Sales Machine Location: Remote Type: Freelance / Project-based Industry: B2B Packaging / Industrial Clients What we are looking for We are looking for a high-level freelancer who can build a complete outbound sales machine from A to Z. This is not a campaign setup job. We want a fully automated sales system that generates leads, qualifies them, and delivers daily actionable sales output. Objective Build a fully automated outbound engine that: Collects and enriches leads Segments prospects by industry Runs cold email campaigns with automated follow-ups Tracks engagement (opens, clicks, replies) Scores and qualifies leads based on behavior Fully sets up and configures a CRM (e.g. HubSpot or equivalent) Creates a structured and automated sales pipeline Full A–Z responsibility You are responsible for everything, including: Domain setup and email infrastructure (deliverability, warm-up, inbox placement) CRM setup and configuration (HubSpot or equivalent) Tool selection and integrations (scraping, enrichment, automation, email sending) Building outbound workflows and sequences Lead tracking, scoring, and pipeline automation Critical requirement: Daily sales output The system must produce a daily actionable call list, including: Leads who opened emails multiple times Leads who clicked links Leads who replied Warm prospects ready for direct sales follow-up Every day, our sales team must receive a clear list of who to call and why. Must-have skills Proven experience building full outbound systems (not just campaigns) Strong expertise in cold email and deliverability CRM setup experience (HubSpot or similar) Automation and lead scoring logic Experience with scraping and data enrichment tools Strong focus on performance and measurable results Not a fit if you: Only write emails or set up campaigns Have never built an end-to-end system Cannot take full ownership from setup to results What we offer Fast decision-making Clear niche and target data Long-term collaboration potential Opportunity to scale across multiple markets Apply only if you can show real examples of full outbound systems you built end-to-end, including tools used and measurable results.
