I am a PhD student.
My university has breached my privacy by redirecting my email (from the University email account) to the inbox of one of the admin.
My university is also trying to force me to do research in a fixed direction, which I do not have a contractual duty to do. But they say that either I should do that or they exclude me (this is blackmail).
My university has even refused to apply its own procedures - they currently refuse to deal with my appeals and complaints, and have been refusing for several months now.
My university blocked my email address so that I cannot send emails from my university email account to my private (gmail) email account, so that I am prevented from gathering email evidence.
