Vehicle Counting and Classification using OpenCV, C++ (Image Processing)

We need a vehicle counting and classification project written in Java using OpenCV. The problem is to count and classify vehicles on freeway. Classification shall consist of large vehicles (trucks, bus, etc.) and small vehicles (cars, motorcyles, minibus, etc.) only. Counting shall consider that the vehicles might be moving. Note that the input will be a cv::Mat image. Counting performance shall be %99 and the classification performans shall be above %95. Also need works on a raspberry Pi.
