OpenGL Train traffic simulator.

I want a traffic simulator for a given metro line. I need to set the starting number of trains which run on the line (from one to 40). They must have the same interval between them, to be uniformely distributed. I also need a clock (from 5am to 11pm) in the app, and the app must send out more trains in the rush hours (7am-9am and 6pm-8pm). Something just like that >>[login to view URL] but only the line which uses blue trains, the north south one. I must also be able to stop a train on its way. That's all. I will attach the line scheme in the pictures. It must be a simple graphics project, but pleasant looking.
