TI IWR6843: Provide a simple CANFD Bus transmission sample

Job Description:
We need to change the transmission protocol used in the main.c file in the Area Scanner lab ([login to view URL]) from UART to CANFD. We attached a document from Texas Instruments explaining how to implement data transmission over CANFD into an existing project.
The project is done when:
- The provided source code transmits all data over CANFD instead of UART.
- The changes that are done are documented somewhere (GitHub, text document, ...)
