And good I english speak, no ? re: "We are one of the leading companies in our field" Great - I shall assume you have some solid, existing, products, with existing core capabilities which are functioning. re: "and we are looking for a visionary Engineer who can produce high quality software Yes - yes! I can ... I do! Visionary visual trackers, counters. Ask for details, send me a video sample and I can track faces as robustly as anyone.... re: "quickly!" Ah ... Seems there is a bit of tension in these somewhat contradictory goals. As long as you can explicitly say (ahead of time I mean: not after the project) what is required, and when, specifically, it is required (milestones), then we should be in great shape. Something mutually agreed upon and reasonable.

Did work on lots of defect detection problems, LPR, etc. In face detection, I wrote an algorithm using eigenvalues (eigenfaces) to classify a face among a group. Expert C++ developer.
