We are an engineering office based in Budapest and offer control systems for remotely operated vehicles.
For this project we need enabled H.264/H.265 HARDWARE decoding on Intels Quick Sync CPUs in our C++ written desktop software for Windows 10. This implies (cross-)compiling the opensource libraries ffmpeg and opencv with correct settings. If you have experience in compiling these or other libraries, please contact us!
