We are seeking an expert asterisk / FreePBX developer to connect our phone system to our customer database and helpdesk.
We have customers who need support that call to our customer center. We want to identify their called ID and automatically retrieve a support ticket connected to their phone number. The ticket will appear on the screen so customer service can see customer profile, status of issue, create new issue, etc.
We also need to integrate chat service so paying customers have direct access to customer representative.
We are currently using FREEPBX as our platform. Please send me estimated hours you need to integrate the functionality described above as well. If you have built something similar, please share details or demo so I can chose you as the best candidate for this job.
