Whole 30 is a new craze sweeping the United States. The guide to this diet challenge is completely accessible online, and this strict diet challenges the pursuant to consume "whole foods" for a 30 day period so as to eliminate food addictions and reset one's appetite. The main problem with this program is that interest stops with the amount of work needed to compile and plan these restrictive recipes - this is where this project is forged. I'd like a cook book that is a scheduled compilation of Whole30 approved recipes. Whole30 is not sponsoring the book. I will be self publishing predominantly as an ebook. I would like the person to compile recipes (detailed in the project), write an overall introduction, and do the copywriting. If they could do all of those things and the front cover design. I need a word document that is complete with the following: 1. 30 days of breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes (1 breakfast, 1 lunch, and 1 dinner per day = 90 total) that are Whole30 approved 2. 30 snack ideas that are Whole30 approved 3. 4 shopping lists, one at the beginning of each week of meals Copywriting after completing the book is a plus and is incentive for higher pay. If the recipe is webscraped or data mined, make sure that information is cited and that credit is given. Whole30 program rules are attached. This project is a compilation and planning aid and is in no way endorsed by Whole30 nor will it carry branding by Whole30.
