We are a water-tech startup providing smart drinking-water solutions across India and are looking for an experienced Wikipedia editor to manage the end-to-end creation of our company's Wikipedia page. We already have approximately 20–30 media mentions, press features, and industry publications, available for review. As part of the engagement, we expect the selected editor to first evaluate whether these sources satisfy Wikipedia's notability requirements. If additional coverage is required, we expect clear feedback on the gaps before proceeding. If the company is considered eligible, the scope includes: 1 Reviewing and organizing qualifying independent sources 2 Assessing Wikipedia notability based on existing coverage 3 Drafting a neutral, policy-compliant Wikipedia article 4 Proper citation and reference formatting 5 Preparing the article for submission 6 Supporting the submission and review process 7 Addressing reviewer feedback where applicable Deliverables- 1 Notability assessment 2 Source review with feedback on strengths and gaps 3 Complete Wikipedia article draft 4 Submission support until the review process is completed Please include in your proposal: 1. Wikipedia company pages you have successfully worked on 2. Your Wikipedia editor profile (if applicable) 3. Links to published Wikipedia articles you have contributed to 4. Your experience with Articles for Creation (AfC) submissions 5. Your approach to evaluating notability 6. Estimated timeline 7. Fixed project pricing for the complete scope Important 1 We are looking for an editor who can execute the project from assessment through submission. 2 Please do not apply if you only offer consultation services or guaranteed approvals. 3 We understand that Wikipedia approval cannot be guaranteed and expect full compliance with Wikipedia's policies and conflict-of-interest guidelines.
