E-Commerce Catalog & Variants Revamp

I need a fresh set of expert eyes on my e-commerce store. Right now the product catalog feels messy and hard to navigate. The first priority is to rebuild the category tree and its subcategories so every item sits exactly where shoppers expect it. Once that structure is in place, each listing needs clear, benefit-driven descriptions that follow a consistent format. A second piece of the job is adding the correct variants (sizes, colors and any other options already stored in the database) to every product so customers see a single, tidy page instead of multiple duplicate listings. Deliverables • Re-structured category & subcategory hierarchy, implemented in the store’s backend • Rewritten or reformatted product descriptions for the affected items • All variants added and tested so selection, price and stock display correctly I’ll provide full admin access, the current CSV export, and brand guidelines. Please be comfortable working inside a mainstream platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce or similar, and able to deliver a clean import file or make direct edits without breaking existing data. Once complete I’ll run a quick spot-check; if everything flows logically and variants behave as expected, the job is done.
