The chats come from prospects and existing customers, so every reply must be friendly, accurate, and in a consistent tone that reflects our brand’s professionalism. Scope of work • Monitor the dedicated WhatsApp number during agreed-upon hours. • Read and understand each inquiry, then craft a clear Bahasa Indonesia response. • Use provided FAQ sheets, price lists, and simple templates; escalate anything outside those guidelines to me. • Keep a concise log of resolved conversations, open issues, and follow-ups in Google Sheets.
