I'm looking for a part-time to full-time PA/Customer service to manage the inflow from our teams writing and to assist with administration and marketing.
You'll need to be able to work from home initially, but the position will eventually move into an office.
You'll also be responsible for supporting the owner by way of customer service (phone and email), liaising with our project manager and marketing assistant and ensuring that clients are looked after and projects are delivered ontime.
Your tasks will include:
1. Monitor our project management site
2. Handling incoming customer inquiries - SEO knowledge/web marketing is very important
3. Preparing marketing tasks for our assistant - training provided
4. Prepare proposals for our new business enquiries
5. Sending finished work to our clients
7. Collect Invoices and basic bookkeeping
8. 10 hours for the first two weeks - then 30-40 hours per week.
You must be aware of the technical aspects of SEO, training will be provided, but an understanding of the process is important. Any experience in International Marketing/Business is also a plus.
You must ensure that all work is deliver ontime to the client, your mission is to develop our business by delivering excellent SEO results. Your price per hour is important versus your experience, the director is about to implement some new marketing strategies, if successful, this will result in more work then we can handle...so we need to be prepared!
Price per hour is important and you must be prepared to work AT LEAST 6 months with us (contract needed – to protect our IP should you leave)...
