I am looking for a Virtual Assistant that can assist me with the growth of my construction/ real estate business.
At present I am looking for a dynamic virtual assistant that can help me for initially 10-20 hours per week but this will grow as my business continues to grow where you will have a bigger role to play as a full time employee.
What I am really after is a hungry entrepreneur who can think on their own feet and ready to lead when needed.
As a virtual assistant, you will be supporting me in sales, marketing and administration. The tasks will include a number of administrative daily tasks and work on marketing materials.
On top of your wages, there will be a commission rate for sales (min £500+ per sale) and performance bonuses.
My budget for wages are pretty low at the moment, but will increase over time.
Ideally you must be able to know about:
Social Media Marketing
Proven experience in copy writing
***Fluent in English - spoken and written. - You will be handling some UK clients so good communication skills are essential
Desired skills and qualities - (but not required)
Experience in the real estate market
Past experience in sales/ or dealing with customers.
Fluent in German, French or other European languages.
I require -
-You need to be available every working day either through email/ or IM/Skype
-Daily reports on status of given tasks
Unlike normal jobs, working for me will provide a lot of flexibility to complete tasks at your pace as long as you stay competent.
