I perform bookkeeping, tax, and payroll engagements for small and medium business clients. Having taught accounting (including finance) and business courses in university, I am quite familiar with various software and accounting regulations (GAAP, GAAS, FASB, PCAOB, etc.). I have auditing experience and can usually identify errors quickly. I am quite organized and have managed projects in the past as well. I have clients for which I perform accounting via Peachtree, MS Accounting 2007 & 2008, QuickBooks Premiere and other property management and real estate proprietary software.
I hold a MBA, and am a certified business manager (CBM), which is a general practitioner in all fields of business - accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, business law, operations, management, information technology, and project management. I am also a licensed international financial analyst (LIFA), having proficiency in finance arenas. I am also designated as a diversified cash flow specialist (DCFS), which allows me to work with close to 100 different types of cash flow instruments, i.e., business notes, mortgage notes, accounts receivable factoring and financing, purchase order factoring, structured settlements, letters of credit, income contracts, etc. (any paper generating cash flow is negotiable). I have also taught university accounting, finance, business law, auditing, and other business courses.
I will also prepare a free business assessment for your company (if data exists), which will help you concentrate and focus on needed planning and strategies. I can offer you sound advice and professional service in line with the requirements of your project without breaking your back or budget. I can provide the data in spreadsheet format, if you request, and provide explanations in narrative detail.
Please consider the professor and the professional as your best and only choice.
