I need someone to create a months worth of meal plans and workout plans for bodybuilders. That is, different meal plans for every day (don't have to be completely unique, some overlap is fine) and some different workout plans for each week.
I will eventually need new plans, for several months worth of plans, but for the moment, just quote me on one.
I can provide you with sample meal and workout plans and can provide you with literature to help you come up with these plans if you're not experienced.
